Fall 2024 Semester
Homeschool Connections 1. Homeschool Connections is a homeschooling program that connects students with homeschool teachers. Analysts created an algorithm to optimize class schedules to help students register for classes. Students input required information such as class preference, name, year, etc., and a master schedule will be created based on these parameters.
Homeschool Connections 2. This project focused on optimizing the assignment of volunteers to chaperoned events. Volunteers are required to sign up for a certain number of events, and will be paired based on the required number of chaperones per event as well as user preferences.

Fall 2024 Semester
Lynkr. Lynkr is a startup founded at the University of Chicago and has raised over $500,000 in seed funding from notable companies such as Meta and Google. Lynkr has just recently launched at the University of Michigan and connects businesses seeking sponsorship opportunities with campus organizations. Our team developed a web-based platform where companies can post "sponsorship ads," enabling organizations that meet their criteria to apply. In exchange for sponsorship, companies receive pre-defined deliverables such as photos, videos, or social media content.

Fall 2024 Semester
Campfire Loyalty. Campfire Loyalty is a rewards program that partners with local companies in Ann Arbor to provide users with benefits for using their app. Users can receive discounts and rewards by ordering through the app or submitting receipts. Our team of analysts researched how to increase user engagement and how to grow the total users of the app. The analysts explored similar companies as well as marketing strategies that could be applied in order to expand Campfire Loyalty’s reach.

Winter 2023 Semester
Michigan Creamery. Conducted market research and provided recommendations about product slate and marketing strategies for local, family-owned, Michigan Creamery.

The StoreHouse. Researched options for buying, building, or renting new or more warehouse space. Explored new potential StoreHouse donors.

MIXR. Conducted research on production methods over a range of prices and qualities for MIXR shaker bottles, an Ann Arbor, student-run start-up. '
